HAUSMAXX Energy Service GmbH provides property associations, administration companies and commercial renters with a billing process for heat, cold and hot water that is efficient, consumption-based, and which can be allocated to each tenant.

Our competencies lie in the fact that we can offer comprehensive management of buildings and technical equipment. This includes analysing the building shell and utility and waste disposal equipment, analysing the user and equipment structure of the property, developing suggestions for increasing energy efficiency, reading meters, evaluating this information and billing. We offer everything from one source.

The engineers, energy consultants and in-house technicians of our group of companies guarantee a systematic approach in optimisation, from stock-taking on up to concrete recommendations, keeping the technical and financial possibilities, as well as state subsidies in mind. Our range of services:

• Analysis and evaluation of the energetic shell of the building and of the technical equipment for transforming and distributing energy, if necessary under green building aspects
• Analysis of the energy supply contracts and nationwide calls to tender for electricity and gas
• Energy monitoring and optimisation of energy system management (for example analysis of the load profile to avoid peak demand)
• Suggesting measures for increasing energy efficiency including subsidy advice

Issuance of statutory energy certificate as per EnEV 2009

We offer you top notch technical equipment for monitoring the consumption of

• heat and air conditioning
• cold and hot water

All units on offer are purchased from well-known manufacturers and are installed by qualified technicians.

Our leasing service provides all the necessary equipment for recording consumption data.
This equipment can be leased through an equipment lease agreement. The leasing fees can be allocated as per the heating cost ordinance.

Property managers and owners therefore have no investment costs.
The functionality of the meter-reading and billing equipment is guaranteed throughout the term of the lease.

All agreements are written down in a lease agreement. The term of the lease is based on the calibration period. Naturally you can also purchase the equipment.

Meter reading

Trained staff read the consumption data of the property on schedule. The plausibility of the data is carefully monitored.
We offer:

• The entire organisation of the meter reading
• Complete data compiled during a maximum of two meter reading appointments
• Correct billing data through strict auditing of data
• A personal contact

Billing

Costs, user data and an allocation formula are all entered into professional software to generate heating and water bills. A total bill is provided which is then broken down into individual bills for each user. The billing is transparent and clearly arranged.
