Nürnberg

Bureaux modernes – Lafayette Berlin

Total outfitting of measurement instrumentation for heating and air conditioning of the Lafayette department store in Friedrichstraße. It was designed by the famous French architect Jean Nouvel and is well-known beyond Berlin.

Messehaus and Messehof in Leipzig

The Messehaus am Markt and the Messehof are two of the most impressive buildings in the heart of Leipzig. We have managed these building since 2004 installing all the heat, water and air conditioning meters.
Upon completion of construction Hausmaxx Property Management GmbH was able to optimise costs through an invitation to tender. Thus monthly utility costs could be reduced to 3.00 EUR/m².

Kolumbusstraße 2 in Sindelfingen

We were able to expand our management portfolio in the region of Stuttgart through this modern office building in Kolumbusstrasse 2 in Sindelfingen. Mercedes Benz is tenant.

Wünschmanns Hof in Leipzig

Wünschmanns Hof commercial building is managed extensively by the Hausmaxx Group. In addition to managing the building, the equipment and infrastructure is maintained by Hausmaxx Bauen und Technik GmbH and Hausmaxx Hausmeisterservice und Gebäudereinigung GmbH. Measurement equipment and service is provided by Hausmaxx Energy Service GmbH.

Barthels Hof in Leipzig

Barthels Hof is an office building and commercial establishment of approximately 9000m². It houses the well-known restaurant „Barthels Hof“ and a cabaret. The historical assembly of buildings is managed by Hausmaxx Property Management GmbH. The equipment and infrastructure is maintained by Hausmax Property Management GmbH.
We were able to reduce the operating costs at Barthels Hof by 20%.

Technology Park in Böblingen

Hausmaxx Property Management GmbH manages approx. 60,000 m² of office and production space at the Technology Park in Böblingen. Technical service is provided by Hausmaxx Bauen und Technik GmbH.
We were able to reduce utility costs by 50% through an invitation to tender on all technical and infrastructure services.

Pegau Palace

The Volkssolidarität operates a residential home for the elderly in Pegau Palace. The building was not completely finished by the former property developer. In close collaboration with the ownership community and the financing bank, Hausmaxx Immobilienverwaltung GmbH, with assistance from the Hausmaxx Group, was able to finish the listed building.

Repair of fire damage in Dortmund

On 28 December 2005 a fire which was caused by faulty wiring destroyed the attic of a building in Dortmund which was managed by HAUSMAXX Immobilienverwaltung GmbH. The flats located on the second floor of the middle wing were entirely destroyed by fire water. The Hausmaxx Group completely renovated the damaged flats. After only 6 weeks the first flats could be moved into again.

Am Park – Leubnitz

The “Am Park” housing estate in Leubnitz (near Zwickau) contains 175 flats and has been managed by Hausmaxx Immobilienverwaltung GmbH since 1992.
In collaboration with a local estate agent we were able to lease out all flats.

Kleinod in Leipzig-Plagwitz

The Leipzig-Plagwitz housing estate was renovated by GVA Graw Immobilien GmbH between 1996 and 1998. It includes eight multifamily residences with 100 flats stretching from Karl-Heine-Straße 79, 79a, 81 to Weißenfelser Straße 58-66. The landscaped courtyard was exhibited as a project of EXPO 2000 by the City of Leipzig and increased the quality of life with its greenery and playground. The housing estate has been managed by Hausmaxx Immobilienverwaltung GmbH from the beginning. Hausmaxx Bauen und Technik GmbH is responsible for servicing all technical equipment and Hausmaxx Hausmeisterservice und Gebäudereinigung GmbH acts as caretaker and maintains the hallways. Hausmaxx Energy Service GmbH equipped the building with its meters.
