We have expanded our portfolio

In the 2nd quarter of 2007 we were entrusted with the management of “Steibs Hof” in the city centre of Leipzig. The approximately 4,100 m² residential and commercial building in Nikolaistrasse distinguishes itself due to its historic importance in connection with Leipzig’s fur-trade. The five retail units are mainly occupied by textile traders. Lawyers, a market research institute as well as the business club, Wirtschaftsinitiative Mitteldeutschland, have taken up residence in its 10 exclusive offices. Steibs Hof also offers 13 attractive residential flats directly in the city centre.
